I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.”

“I called 3 different contractors . Byrum responded in 48 hours and had estimate 48 hrs later. All work was done professionally on time and without any headaches.. It was our families dream to have bonus room added over our garage and Byrum made that dream come true. Couldn't ask for anything better..Highly recommend for any he improvement as we will surely use again in future!!!”

“I hired Spain construction to renovate our kitchen. Don was able to obtain the best price on the granite we used and our new appliances. He also went the extra step and actually built a bookcase that we backed up to our existing small island and covered with a beautiful piece of wood. I now have a place for all my cook books and a large island for entertaining. I was blown away by his thoughtfulness!!!!”
