“I hired Mike from Commonwealth contracting after purchasing a second home in Charleston, SC. I was very nervous to undergo a complete renovation from a distance but Mike & all of his men made this process seamless for us. The guys were all very trustworthy, helpful & eager to please. We completely renovated the entire townhouse & I couldn't be more pleased. I LOVE the end result! Of course there were a few "bumps" along the way but Mike always handled every situation quickly until it was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike & Commonwealth Contracting. I'm sure I'll be hiring them again in the future, they were wonderful!”

“I rarely make reviews but wanted to comment on the work provided by Charleston Custom Construction. We had Kevin do some renovations on our home about 7 years ago. He did an outstanding job. I am still so happy with the work. So when we decided to convert our screen porch into a sunroom, we called Kevin with Charleston Custom Construction. Kevin, Tommy, Bill and Jimmy did a great job with the sunroom. They all were very professional and easy to work with. They kept us updated on the schedule of work — all with a fair price. I would highly recommend them. In fact, my neighbor wants to have some work done on her house and plans to contact them. Thank you Charleston Custom Construction!”
