“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. “After interviewing a number of contractors, we decided to hire Michael to remodel our master bathroom, and were not sorry. He is highly-experienced, no-nonsense, easy to work with, and tidy. He gave us useful advice on all decisions, but let us be the ultimate decision makers. We trusted Michael to work on our home while we were traveling in Europe, and came back to a high-quality, finished bathroom. He was also able to troubleshoot any problems we came across. We would gladly hire Michael again.”

“Or is the best contractor we've ever worked with. We found Or via yelp. Since he is close to our house and his team had pretty good reviews, we thought to give him a try. We are so glad we found him! Or is very kind, hard-working, expert on what he does and gives reasonable price for the job. We have worked with Or on two major projects in the past year, replacing old insulation in the attic and bathroom remodel. We are very satisfied with his work. He and his team were always on time for the job and cleaned up at the end of the day. We had dealt with contractors who simply disappeared for days without communication. Or always answered his phone or returned our call in a timely manner. He has a great personality, a big heart and easy-going. We look forward to working with him on our next house project in Pacifica.”
