“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “We've just begun working on a third construction job with Kuhn's Contracting. We fully remodeled two bathrooms and an office in years past. We're back again because of the high quality, attention to detail and trust that has been established in working with Tony and his crew. This time we're working on a kitchen, bathroom, mudroom remodel. The scope of the project means we'll be spending plenty of time with the team from Kuhn's Construction. So thankful that we know they will continue to be courteous, honest, prompt and that we'll be kept in the loop with the progress of our project. Can't wait to see the finished product! They do great work!!!”

“We had purchased a Soake Pool, out of New Hampshire, in November of 2021. At the time there was no one in the area who supplied and/or serviced these pools, so we were our own general contractor/laborers, for most of the work in 2022. While following Soake Pools, on Instagram, we found out that they had partnered up with Property Worx, out of Delaware, OH, to be a local supplier, which was a HUGE blessing for us! They came out and finished hooking up our equipment, and then activated our pool. Their team is extremely thorough and knowledgeable of what we would have never been able to accomplish on our own. We highly recommend Property Worx for any work you may be in need of, and if you are looking for a small pool to fit in a tight space, we suggest you check out their new line of plunge pools, by Soake Pools. Our only regret, is they weren't a supplier when we started looking in 2021!”

“When you think of having contractors at your house over a span of a few months, the initial gut reaction is to just run. However, John Romans Construction and his crew made for a pleasant as possible experience. From beginning to end, John was helpful in navigating the process - from obtaining necessary city variance approvals, to the final details of the outdoor kitchen, and even a little consulting/advice on items outside of his scope. As with any project, we of course came across various unexpected obstacles. That being said, we truly appreciated John’s level of explanation and communication. He thoroughly explained what was happening and had various solutions, pros/cons, and estimated costs ready to go to avoid any delays. As a customer who has dealt with various contractors - we’ve learned how important and essential that communication can be to ensure the project is completed just the way we want. The craftsmanship is second to none. John and his team expected nothing short of A+ work from themselves down to the smallest of details and we will use them for any additional projects we may venture into in the future. To say we (and everyone else who has seen it so far) were impressed with the work, is an understatement.”
