“We highly recommend Lenny and all of his subcontractors. Lenny goes above and beyond. He is timely, communicative, and hard working. Lenny provided us a detailed estimate within 2 days of seeing our project. What started as a kitchen remodel, quickly blossomed into a full downstairs remodel including a bathroom. Lenny was up for the challenge and is a “yes” guy. Lenny shows up everyday and is often on site most of the day. Many of his subcontractors for electric, tile, and flooring were the best people. It felt like a fun project for us because everyone working on our home were so kind, skilled, and helpful.”

“I've used Beach Brothers for three major projects over the last fourteen months at my house---new windows, siding, and a deck re-do. The work was excellent. “Even before the rennovation started, Betterbuilt came in after i had a major leak in my kitchen. I had already arranged to start a kitchen rennovation, but this was a surprise. They came within an hour of calling them, tore out the carpet, and what ever was under that, put in dryers and had my kitchen dried out in three days. I think they did a beautiful job. Only downside was a few delays that were due to my appliances missing parts or not working. I love my new kitchen! Dave & Paula are very professional.”

“I was born here in Hampton and have worked for 5 builders over my long career in the construction industry. I went to work for Performance Contracting in 1998 and worked there until we saw a slow down in 2011. Performance Contracting by far hires the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers I have worked with and many I was happy to say I had worked with over the years with other customer builders. These guys are the most honest, hard working subcontractors in our area. Jim Duguay, the owner of Performance, proved time and time again of his fair practices and respect for his customers. The construction industry is seeing a come back and I am just waiting for the phone call to come back to work on a full time basis again.”

“Robert Talley and his group of builders are very respectful and courteous. Robert listens to what you wish and develops it with suggestions for improvements. He monitors his group for accuracy and performance. We had a garage built with a second story storage room and a sun room built behind the garage and we love it. My husband and I are looking forward to this coming season to use this valuable space.Although it is not completely finished yet we want to thank Robert Talley and his workers for a wonderful experience.”
