This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

“I contacted Robert H. Delafield, Inc. because I needed an enclosure built on our patio, that would let our three cats have a way to experience the outdoors but remain safe. I told Robert what I had in mind and asked if it was feasible. Not only did his carpenters build what I had envisioned, they exceeded everything I had hoped the enclosure would be. Their attention to detail and their workmanship is exquisite. The unit is built with framing on the east and north walls. The west and south walls of the house, serve as the other two sides of the unit. The French doors from the house open into the enclosure's south side along with a cat-door that was built into the house wall. The east wall has a door that leads out to the yard. A corrugated translucent roof allows light and protects from rain. The inside framing is covered with hardware cloth (a material the cats can't destroy or escape from). The outside framing holds aluminum frames for the heavy duty screening material, to keep the insects out. We are so proud of our "Catio" and the cats love it.”

“We hired Reel Construction to build a 528 sq ft attached garage. This job required grading, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical and fixtures. I'm happy to say that the job was done on time and on budget. My wife and I both enjoyed working with Jory and we'd recommend him to anyone. He always took the time to understand what we envisioned, explain the process and detail the next steps. He was also able to work through some unique circumstances with our property. The result looks like is was part of the original house and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. “We were working on plans for a major remodel of our bedrooms and bathrooms, moving the master downstairs and gutting our upstairs and reconfiguring the space, moving plumbing etc. when our architect introduced us to Austin Fox of Fox Builders. Without a contract or any fee he brought a plumber to our house two different times to look at our existing structure to see if what we wanted to do was feasible. His integrity and work ethic was very evident. His bid was higher than the others we were given but it was very detailed where the others were vague and we knew it would cost what it was going to cost. We hired Fox Builders and are so thankful. We are enjoying now our beautifully remodeled home and it is everything we imagined it to be and more. A building inspector even mentioned to me that it was a pleasure inspecting properties he works on as there are little or no issues. He hires well crafted subs and he is on the job every day, you don't have someone hired by him overseeing the project. I am already looking forward to hiring Fox Builders for our next project in a few years. “Years ago I needed about 600 feet of leaky seamed gutters replaced on a 4 story apartment building for senior citizens. Not a small job. Home Love came in with the best price and a thorough explanation as to how the process would go with the safety of the residents being of the utmost importance. They worked on the edge of that pitched roof with all workers wearing safety harnesses and roped securely to anchor points but watching them work up there from the ground made my palms sweat. They replaced the seamed gutters with seamless, lifting each section from the ground to 4 stories and did a fine job. Fast forward to a recent driving wind and rain event. A section of gutter became dislodged from its hanger and there were damaged/missing shingles as well. I called Home Love to get the gutter fixed thinking that because it had been eight years or more from the original install this would take a while and would cost big bucks but the repair was made the next day at no charge. That's standing behind your work!”
