“Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

“David and his crew were excellent! They were on time all the time, actually perform the job and kept me abreast of each stage. I had a time limit for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and all were completely finished a day ahead of the schedule. The work was professionally done and the outcome is so beautiful. The only downside was the cost. It was quite expensive but I was happy with the result! Will definitely recommend Houston remodeling contractors to anyone wishing to get their services.”

“We called Brooks Construction after our house flooded. They were quick to do demo work and start remediation. Trey was very easy to work with; he was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We were going to put our home on the market, so Trey helped us pick paint and flooring that would help us sell. Our house sold over asking price in less than a week. We were very pleased with our experience.”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“I hired Europa builders to complete a new home construction project that had turned into a nightmare. They did an excellent job and will most definetly hire them again for other projects. I highly recommend them. Below are some details about the scope of the project and what Europa did. The project was about 75% completed and other contractors I contacted would not touch my project. Europa took on the challenge which included electrical, plumbing, tile/granite, flooring, painting, pool, roofing, landscaping, cabinetry, A/C, and other miscellaneous work. This required managing existing subcontractors to complete or fix work previously started or poorly done. They also had to re-permit and re-inspect previous work. The project was completed on time and on budget. All change orders were clearly communicated and priced in advanced of the work being done. All work that was managed by them met or exceeded expected quality. Europa Builders is a clear example of how a reputable and knowledgable contractor with a customer focus can make a construction or remodel project a pleasant experience. Thank you Mike!”
