They were recommended to us by Cypress Design Company, who we had already hired for our design and materials. Cost-wise, they were competitive with one other company that Cypress also recommended. A perfect example was the water that we found in the ceiling (a previous problem we had long before Maynard Construction started work) literally the day after the plaster had dried on the new ceiling. He has the perfect disposition for his line of work: he is thoughtful, calm, creative, polite, and professional. Construction projects are, by definition, expensive and stressful. Every one of our interactions with Jesse brought us peace of mind!! We have the utmost respect for Chris, who was the main worker throughout the project. He is highly skilled and professional. He was a good listener as well, and took his time to measure, level, consider all possibilities, and did everything with clear attention to detail. All Jesse's guys were tidy and patient with our frequent questions / kids running around, etc. I would strongly recommend Maynard to anyone. I can’t overstate how much the renovated kitchen has changed our house: we all basically LIVE in the kitchen now and are already planning what we want to do to renovate the bathrooms. When we are ready, we will only make one call. We won’t trust our house to anyone else but Maynard Construction. We put our hopes and dreams in their hands and they did not disappoint.”
