“We are happy to have found this company after terminated the previous contractor who struggle to complete it for last 9 months. They are very professional and supportive in meeting our budget, scope and schedule. Execution are perfect without any oversight! We live in another city and this company provide us a clear daily/weekly update on progress, photos and spending. Workmanship are excellent without compromise on quality. “Jassen and his entire crew were awesome to work with. They are fast, accurate, clean, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They are very quick to respond to any questions and always making sure I was happy with everything. I used Jennifer Kemp Design Services to help pick out everything from tile, light fixtures, paint, and decor. I would still be picking everything out if it wasn't for Jennifer. I was very indecisive and she was quick to pick up on what would work for me and my space and making it work with the items that I was keeping. I would highly recommend J. Holderby Renovations and will use them for future projects.”

“Scott designed my kitchen remodel including all items on my "wish list" and adding his own great ideas. He stuck to his end of the budget, and my own last minute upgrades were the only changes from the original estimate. He made sure I was happy with all the construction details, and worked with me through some minor changes. The end result is a kitchen that I love and is everything I had dreamed! “We've just begun working on a third construction job with Kuhn's Contracting. We fully remodeled two bathrooms and an office in years past. We're back again because of the high quality, attention to detail and trust that has been established in working with Tony and his crew. This time we're working on a kitchen, bathroom, mudroom remodel. The scope of the project means we'll be spending plenty of time with the team from Kuhn's Construction. So thankful that we know they will continue to be courteous, honest, prompt and that we'll be kept in the loop with the progress of our project. Can't wait to see the finished product! They do great work!!!”

“Sheu Property Holdings remodeled the shower in my master bathroom. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with their attention to details. And before they left, they cleaned up and carried away all the trash. They were great!”

“We hired Molnar Design LLC to finish our basement and they were wonderful! Brad (the manager) was extremely down to earth and professional when we met for our consultation, and we didn't hesitate to hire him once we listened to his ideas and saw photos of their work. He was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, a real perfectionist. Every single member of their crew is extremely hard working, arriving early & leaving late almost every day. They are very receptive to customer feedback/ideas and easy to work with. Not too mention that their price for the project was excellent! I cannot believe how amazing our basement looks!! I honestly couldn't believe how well the project turned out. We have since referred two of our closest friends to Molnar LLC without hesitation. Can't wait to work with them again on another house project.”
