“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling. “We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! We are very pleased with their work. Thank you Benito for your teams incredible work !”

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super. Some of the work Erik did in our home is featured on his site today under "Whitaker"”

“I decided in January that I wanted to remodel my bathrooms to upgrade the look. I looked and looked for months for the right company to do this job! I wanted someone qualified and someone I could trust. In May I found LB Construction & Remodeling. Instantly I had a hunch they were the right company after my initial conversation with Liran. He presented me with a variety of options and details to get an idea of what I wanted. He brought samples for me to choose from and assured me, he would make any changes I deemed necessary. His rates were fair as well! His crew wore branded t-shirts and worked extremely hard! They were so polite and professional and completely out of the way! They did such a terrific job turning my underwhelming bathrooms into a dream makeover! I couldn’t be happier! I’d recommend Liran and LB Construction and Remodeling to everyone!”
