“Professional service, communication was easy and hassle free. Had an emergency with my furnace, the team arrived within an hour with all the necessary equipment and were able to replace the flame sensor on the spot. “Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. Jacob came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.”

They clearly outline what your expectations are at the very start of the project, so there are no miscommunications at the later stages. “Everyone we worked with from Los Angeles HVAC Contractor was wonderful from the sales rep. Jacob to the installers Adam and Eric. We could not be more please with our new system and the service we received from Los Angeles HVAC Contractor. They worked on our old system for years doing repairs when needed, but when it finally bit the dust for good this winter they were able to get a new system installed in less than 30 hours. Cary M the technician was on time, pleasant, clean and gave a thorough diagnosis of the issues. He provided detailed digital report with pictures and later that afternoon I also received two estimates with various options to correct the problem. NRG will be my go to resource for HVAC.”

“After contacting a few other contractors we decided to hire Greenman Air Duct Cleaning, because they took a great effort to make all of our questions answered, their price was reasonable and their customer service sounded very knowledgable. For less than 500$, they efficiently cleaned all the air vents and dryer vent in our house. We've noticed a HUGE difference in air quality ever since, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing professional and affordable air duct cleaning.”

“Service was very good from the estimator to the crew that installed the new gas wall heater. crew was friendly ,clean and did a nice job installing heater and new wall control , firing up the heater and cleaning up everything afterwards . Talking to the owner Mike was a good experience , too.”
