The Jordan Air team and Jeff has handled my situation with urgency oppose to company I purchase my HVAC system from and I’ve been faithful paying them for 16 years to do biannual maintenance on the system. “After an awful experience with another company I was very skeptical allowing anyone else work on my units. I have multiple properties and the same contractors installed them all incorrectly. Needless to say not one unit was working properly. I decided to call Champion HVAC and Plumbing and it was the best decision that I could have made. They came out the same day within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issues, repaired the mistakes of the previous contractor and had all of my units up and running like new the same day. These guys are very polite, professional and come highly recommend.”

“I discovered Perfect Temp having a terrible experience with a larger company with a fleet of trucks. Perfect Temp was recommended to me by another owner of rental properties here in Athens. The big outfit had charged me $375 & told me it would take another $400 to replace a control panel before the unit in question would work. After the $375 the unit was still not operational! I called Nathan at Perfect Trmp and he correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem for $100. That was eight or nine years ago. Since then they have worked on units in commercial and residential rental properties as well as my home unit and replaced units all at very competitive prices and have always worked to find the best cost effective solution. I trust them entirely.”

“Needing a furnace repair quickly in a rental property during a very cold snap in November 2013 I called Shumate. They were able to come out the same day and unfortunately the furnace was beyond repair. The engineer that I met with gave me several different replacement options and helped with financing. With financing approval they installed the furnace within five days of the initial meeting. I will now use Shumate for all of my HVAC needs at my rental properties.”
