“Had our furnace, A/C and air cleaning system replaced by Premium Home Services. Their diagnostic of our old equipment as well as available options and recommendations to solve our equipment and temperature control issues was excellent and very professional. The work was done timely with lot of respect for our property (floors, carpets, job sites, etc). Their staff is knowledgable and courteous. Subsequent calls for questions after the work was completed were returned promptly and with the requested answers. All in and all, a very positive experience at a fair cost. I would highly recommend Rob Simmons' team at Premium Home Services for any services they provide.”

“Great services! Called for a new furnace and AC, then the inspector Wayne came in 30 mins. Wayne answered all my concerns patiently and offered me a good deal. I asked for price from many other companies, and this is the best price you can get on the market! The installation and services are perfect too. Sure will recommend this to a friend.”

“Our home was built in 1936. We enjoy the quality of heat that our original radiators provided and wanted to preserve that comfort. Eric designed a new boiler system for us which included an indirect hot water tank. Paul and his son were the team who worked on the installation. We had some unique challenges, which is simply the way old houses can be. We have now gone through a winter with the new system and are delighted with the comfort. We are tracking our revised fuel costs with interest. Granted 2023 - 2024 has been a warmer winter than usual....but the savings are still apparent. When our project is complete, there will be a minisplit air to air component to complement the system. Thank you, Eric for sharing your extensive knowledge and experience with us. We could not have had a more positive experience. Eric conducts his business with integrity and professionalism.”
