“My technician DJ was here a short bit ago. This is the first time I had met him. Like all the other techs before him, he did an awesome job. I’ve been with Aire Serv for many years and have NEVER had a complaint. He was very personable, very clean and respectful. I certainly give him high marks. By the way, I would also give the office people a ten plus for their courtesy and wealth of knowledge. If they aren’t sure of the answer, they will find someone who knows!”

“John and DJ were awesome. They came to fix a leaking pipe for my upstairs bathroom. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were finished. I highly recommend Bella Casa for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and other handy work needs!”

“They replaced the old furnace with a new, higher efficiency model. They had to retrofit the new unit with the much older air conditioning unit, already in place. It took them over five hours, with lots of in and out of the basement with tools etc, but two years later the furnace has worked flawlessly! I am very pleased and would recommend them.”

“I would definitely use this company again and would make sure to recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that does ac repair. Right from the start you made to feel like a valued customer from the start with Lynn who was very quick in responding to a message I left to schedule an appointment (I left a message on a Sunday and got a call back 5 minutes later!) to Casey who is on top of the billing and getting what is needed to my home warranty company and keeping me updated on the status and finally their tech. Justin, was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough in determining the true issue(s) with our ac and when the parts came in, Justin also spent as much time as necessary to thoroughly & properly repair our ac. I'm very pleased with Aire Serv of Elkton.”

“EMC was very thorough in his inspection of our air conditioner to find out the reason why it is not working properly. He even climbed up in the attic that has a 110 degrees temperature! He is exceptional in his job and he is a great asset in his company.”

“The service professionals that work for Horizon are always on time for appointments. They are friendly, keep the work area clean, and are knowledgeable about their work. We have had them out to service our heating/cooling system, and they are courteous and always replace the filter when they are out. Their costs are fair, and there is never any "unexpected" expense added on.”
