“Colair did my older house in Manotick and I was surprised by how much I really needed the job done! I dealt with the owner who was knowledgeable and responsive. The job was really thorough and I am happy with the results. Best of all the price was the best out of the 3 quotes I got! I would highly recommend. Sue”

“Purchased a condo and had no idea the last time my Islandaire unit was cleaned. Phillip gave me an estimated amount which included taking it apart and doing a proper thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming). When he arrived I might add on the worse winter day of April on time!. I was already impressed BUT than he looked at the unit and confirmed that it was not ready to be cleaned. SAVED me $$$$$$. Did not charge for his assessment. I will not only use him in the future but will gladly refer him to everyone in this condo and who hopefully is reading this review!! I hope he remains in business for a long time as, this day and age you do not find a business man with this kind of honest integrity! Gold STAR service. P.S he was highly recommended by Islandaire located in the states and the superintendent in the building.”
