“My house is so amazing in cozy everything was brand New my house can be on house hunt that’s how nice my house is, I got brand new hardwood flooring through out the whole house, granite countertops throughout the whole house in wat so amazing I have my Own suite that came with a separate shower n a jacuzzi n a master walk in closet I love my house n a big back yard also”

“My wife and I had DM Dykstra install a new Carrier High Efficiency Furnace and Air Conditioning system nearly 5 Years ago. They were not only very neat and professional, but the system the Comfort Specialist help us select more than addressed all of our concerns. In summary, we had a difficult time cooling the second floor (usually 8-10 degrees warmer in summer). After being educated on Variable Speed operating furnaces and two-stage air conditioners, we chose to go that route. The installers also popped in a couple dampers that allow me to control the air flow from the 1st to 2nd floor. We also learned about a great product called Aeroseal which allowed us to seal all the leaks in our duct system by injecting a sealant. Finally, we had DM Dykstra add another 12 inches or so of Owens Corning insulation in the attic as the last step. When all was said and done, it was like living in a new home. You couldn't even tell when the system was on and the temperature on the second floor was actually cooler than the first floor depending on the damper settings. Not too mention the best part, which was our utility bills dropped 40-50% from what they were averaging with the Builder's system (which was only 1.5 years old). Love it!”

“Harmonic Heating and Air installed two energy efficient furnaces and air conditioners, two humidifiers, two Aprilaire air cleaners, two prestige thermostat systems, and two indoor air sensors in November 2015. I have control of this entire system--heat, air, humidity--from two different sites in my home and on my mobile phone through the internet from wherever I may be. Our home is more comfortable, it is easier to breathe, and our utility bills are going down. I wish I'd had such a system installed when we built this house 15 years ago. The owner and his crew are well informed concerning the latest technology, and they provided us with enough knowledge of the various options so that we could make informed choices with regards to amenities and cost. This company is among the best in our experience.”

“I had trouble with ventilation in my upstairs bedroom. South Suburban fixed the problem that other contractors had no solution for. They exceeded expectations. I also purchased a furnace and air conditioner which I have had for a few years and I am very happy with it. They are my goto guys for everything HVAC. “Sam was wonderful! He responded right away, booked my appointment for the following day and arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the price was right on. My AC is now fixed and I will definitely call him again for all my ac/furnace and appliance need as his service and price was exceptional. I recommend to everyone.”
