“I called Allied Heating, Air & Refrigeration as I was in dire need of air condition in the dead heat of summer. I realized that my AC unit went out in the upstairs level of my town home during the middle of the night. I called George Martin with Allied very early the next morning and he was able to take care of me right away! “We replaced 2 heating and air systems in November 2015. Our original systems were Trane and lasted 23 years (were still hobbling along!). I did my typical "over analysis" research and decided that Trane was the way to go this next time around as well. I had been using another company for maintenance but switched to Reliable in the last year as they are a Trane dealer and this was going to be our path. It is painful to part with the $ for mechanical but it is an evil necessity. From the salesman Jeff H. to the Installation team George C., Jeremy C., Jesse C. and Andrew M.I was throroughly impressed. Jeff sold us the "right' systems - he didn't oversell or undersell". He educated us and provided the tools so we could make an informed choice. George C. and Installation team - I have to say they are "Rock Stars" in my book! I opted to have this project done on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (and I was hosting Thanksgiving). I can't say enough about the professionalism, product knowledge, courtesy, and respect these guys exhibited. You would never know on Thanksgiving day that I had just undertaken this major project the day before! I used to be in the remodeling industry - and these guys are the ones that you always wished you could hire! I don't do reviews often; but felt my experience was worth sharing.”

“This contractor was very professional, reasonably priced, and overall great to work with. They were prompt, finished on schedule and even did a follow up. They were on time to do the job and was very informative. They actually walk you thru the process of the repairs and is very patient with any questions that you may have. The contractor actually educated me, the homeowner, as to what was going on, how to take care of my new product, and provided great customer service. i will definitely reccommend them to others. i will also use them again if the need arises.”

“NEW Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Rod is wealth of knowledge. My wife and I cannot recommend him enough for all that he does. Our AC unit wasn't draining properly, and Rod was very thorough in troubleshooting and fixing the problem. He also went out of his way to teach us how to avoid problems in the future. We will never call anyone else for our HVAC needs.”
