“We had The Heating Specialist come fix a couple of things with our radiant floor system, which was heated by a gas boiler. Otto from The Heating Specialist came and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problems. He was very knowledgeable of the boiler and radiant floor system and also took the time to explain things to me. A couple weeks later, the boiler stopped working. I called The Heating Specialist and another heating company. The other company was able to send someone out first. They got the boiler working again by resetting it, but they did not find the root cause of the problem, so the boiler stopped working again. Luckily I did not cancel the appointment with The Heating Specialist, which was the following day. Otto came back the next day and was able to figure out that the problem was due to a dirty sensor in the boiler. And he didn't even charge me for that trip since we had just hired them for the other work.”
