He won't ever sell you something you don't need and I like his straight forward honesty. The install guys were respectful of our home and they did nice neat work. They even completely rebuilt the air return box to accommodate a new super filter that made a huge difference in the air quality in our house. We are much more comfortable and our electricity bill has gone down big time. Tam Danley in the office even helped us with the forms to get a $400.00 cash rebate from the electric company! “Reuben is a professional that takes great pride in a job well-done. My mother bought a used mobile home that has been set up for a farmer's daughter in a field. The A/C unit had to be moved and reinstalled in a new location. He had to recover the chemicals, unhook and move the unit, then after the mobile was moved, place, recharge and tweak the unit. All of this had to be coordinated with the farmer, the mobile home movers and the electrician. He showed up, as scheduled, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
