“Advent Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our home. The installers were very professional and wore booties to protect our floors. They had all the technology to install and test to be sure all worked great before the left. What was amazing is they told us we would save 30%-50% on our electricity bill and during hot, hot Texas summer our bill did drop 50%. Great way to save short term and long term. Their follow up scheduled maintenance care has been great and on time. Would recommend them to all.”

“We have used Sala Air Conditioning to maintain our HVAC systems for years. They always come when they say they will and have always been prompt when issues have arisen. Just before the Christmas holidays last December, both old furnaces developed fatal problems so Sala replaced both immediately so that our grandchilden would be comfortable. A few weeks ago, we had them back to replace the old cooling systems with new. Everything is working perfectly.”

“I wanted solar cells on my roof, and talked to five or six companies. Apex was the only one who pointed out the necessity of addressing the heating and air conditioning system first. Then, supplementing with solar cells. This wholistic approach sold me on Apex! Apex installed everything quickly. They communicated with me very well. Even now, after the system is installed, they still respond well to my questions. Their system is interfaced, and easy to use. I set up three heating/cooling zones. They are easy to control and monitor.”

“I have had 1st Response service my HVAC system twice now. The first visit, Tyler showed me the parts that had been wired incorrectly which allowed the unit to function but it was lazy work done before I purchased the home. He properly installed new components insuring that there was no strain on the system. I called 1st Response again in November 2017 to service our furnace. Tyler is courteous (EX. called within :30 minutes before arriving and wears coverings over his shoes while inside the home), explains things clearly, and his rates are fair. I will be using 1st Response again when needed.”

“Initially when the warranty company sent for me to do a review I gave them a one star from the email, but I feel like I need to come back and give them a 5 star because they knew nothing of what was going on and the back and forth and issues I was having with the warranty company. They gave us a call to make an appointment to come out and we’re willing to help us and let us know how much warranty companies will tend to act, but unfortunately we had already paid out of pocket services to complete what we needed since the warranty company kept going back and forth with us. This company was very respectful and willing to help and literally contacted us the moment they got the service request from the warranty company.”
