“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”

The company with which we had a maintenance contract as well as the local gas and electric company could not replace for at least two weeks. “ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”
