“My technician DJ was here a short bit ago. This is the first time I had met him. Like all the other techs before him, he did an awesome job. I’ve been with Aire Serv for many years and have NEVER had a complaint. He was very personable, very clean and respectful. I certainly give him high marks. By the way, I would also give the office people a ten plus for their courtesy and wealth of knowledge. If they aren’t sure of the answer, they will find someone who knows!”

“I would definitely use this company again and would make sure to recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that does ac repair. Right from the start you made to feel like a valued customer from the start with Lynn who was very quick in responding to a message I left to schedule an appointment (I left a message on a Sunday and got a call back 5 minutes later!) to Casey who is on top of the billing and getting what is needed to my home warranty company and keeping me updated on the status and finally their tech. Justin, was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough in determining the true issue(s) with our ac and when the parts came in, Justin also spent as much time as necessary to thoroughly & properly repair our ac. I'm very pleased with Aire Serv of Elkton.”

“The service professionals that work for Horizon are always on time for appointments. They are friendly, keep the work area clean, and are knowledgeable about their work. We have had them out to service our heating/cooling system, and they are courteous and always replace the filter when they are out. Their costs are fair, and there is never any "unexpected" expense added on.”

“John and DJ were awesome. They came to fix a leaking pipe for my upstairs bathroom. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were finished. I highly recommend Bella Casa for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and other handy work needs!”

The owner Chris and the rest of his team are great to work with and very responsive. “I will never use another cooling and heating company. Two other companies told me that I needed a new heating system. I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!”
