I was amazed at the amount of detailed scientific knowledge that Tom has regarding IAQ. He has a real passion for this work, having also experienced respiratory problems during his life. Long story short, he solved the problems I was having. The other thing I really like about Tom is his commitment to customer service. After a couple years, I noticed a slight deterioration in the air quality in my home. I called Tom a few days before Thanksgiving, and asked if he might be able to come out to my home in the next few weeks and tune-up my system. Instead, he showed up at my home just a few minutes later, and made a minor adjustment to the REME Halo air purification system. Literally, within a few hours, I was breathing easier. I can't say enough good things about Tom. He is an IAQ genius, with a deep commitment to customer service and follow-up support.
