“My water pump for my HVAC system broke and All Temp was happy to sell me a replacement. The price was fair and the man in the office stayed open a few minutes later waiting for me to get there. The man at the office was very nice and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again. I love the new water pump.”

“My compresser wasn't coming on my heat pump. This was the first time I had used this company. With this being a compresser problem I expected the worse. The man that came out was very experienced. He worked only part time since he was retired. He repaired my unit and it only needed a switch. The only issue I had was that they were suppose to bill me and just like everyone else as time went by I forgot about not getting an invoice from them. I received an invoice about a year later. They told me that they had sent out a bill about a month after the service but if they did i didn't get it but in any case they still waited a year to notify me again. This was really their lost but I like to pay my bills on time. Repair date was Spring early Summer of 2012”

“I respect contractors that do what they say and when. The owner/operator Shannon did the work as quoted. They replaced the inside and outside units for a mismatched system that was put in when the home was built. A new 2 ton heat pump and matching air handler were installed, as well as a new trunk line and updated circuit breakers. There were no unexpected surprises or costs, they were respectful and cleaned up their work. I would highly recommend Air Tech for anyone with HVAC needs.”

“These folks have serviced my HVAC system for over six years. They always arrive within 24 hours and on schedule. They diagnose the problems, explain what's happened, and repair/replace only necessary parts. All service persons are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their work quality is excellent and their prices are lower than average, though not the lowest. I expect to keep Air Services of the Carolinas as my HVAC experts for the future.”
