“Me and my husband recently purchased a new home in Tucson. As many well know, the summer heat can be brutal. We had issues with our new AC system starting mid June. Wayne and Nick with Cool Breeze had challenges in repairing our system and getting it stay operational. They NEVER gave up on us or our system. It failed 5 times in a 3 week period. No matter what, Cool Breeze was immediately available to get the system up and running. Even at 9pm. We truly appreciated their patience and promptness. We were confident that with all of the challenges they faced in fixing our issue, that it ultimately would get done. No matter how fustrating the situation was, they always kept a positive attitude and were sincerely apologetic. Thanks 'Wayne, Nick and Cool Breeze!”

“Very helpful New her job able to explain all the problems ,would have her back again .jazmine Herrera worked around my dog and was very patient with him she made no mess and little noise she respected my home ,cleaned up everything explained what and how to change my filters .took time to show me and help me. I'll have her back anytime 10 out of 10”
