While on the phone, Rich looked at the property on Google maps to understand how he was going to get the new boiler in, came over after hours to check over things and take measurements. He pulled permits, showed proof of insurance and was accommodating around my work schedule. Not only that, but his relationships with others in the industry proved immensely helpful, including a referral for a very competent electrician, and being on first name basis with the inspector.
