“We initially hired this company to give our furnace a tune-up this fall knowing that something we would need repairs soon. He offered to come back to fix it or tell me how to if I wanted to take it on as a DIY project. Off hand, I asked him about to give me a furnace replacement quote, so that we could save do that next year. A couple of days later, before he was able to return to repair the inducer motor, the motor quit. We decided to replace the entire furnace and called him. He was able to come out the next day and get us up and running with a brand new furnace at the quoted price. We enjoyed our interactions with him and will definitely hire him again for our other HVAC needs.”
