“We have used Karol and his team at Kadeco on three homes over 8 years We keep using them because their work is of the highest quality and their prices competitive. Our homes have all been over 100 years old and a little battered, Kadeco’s care in preparation has always provided a great finish to our walls and woodwork. Their friendly team will always take care of the furniture and move items so you don’t have to. They are clean and tidy throughout. We have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and have always received positive feedback.”

“Michael re-decorated our house in 2018 and then again in 2023 after it had been let out to tenants. What a genuinely nice, honest and reliable chap. He is reasonably priced and did a great job. He always turned up when he said and had a good eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will be using him again when needed.”

“It was a pleasure working with Samy and Ana. We had a short time frame to spruce up our new flat with some paint before moving in, and Samy was able to squeeze the job into his busy schedule. Samy spotted every tiny detail on the walls that needed attention and prep - all tiny imperfections were addressed as part of the teams work. The job was completed ahead of schedule, looks fantastic, and the flat was left perfectly clean once the work was completed. I would definitely hire S&A painting and decorating again.”
