“Danil, owner of NYC 1985 INC, renovated the two units in a 1995-built duplex rental for me. He was recommended to me by my trusted realtor. Although I am not even in Portland where the duplex is, Danil has kept me posted all along the way with photos, questions, and suggestions. He has been diligent in searching for less-costly alternatives. His prices are fair, and he completed the jobs quickly and on-budget. I am highly pleased with the change in appearance of the two units. They look fresh, modern, and lovely now. I guess it's possible to add photos. I would do so if I knew how. You'd be impressed.”

“Sunrise Custom did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home! From bid to finish, Salomon and his team were very professional and courteous. Armando was the foreman on our job and every morning he and Jose would pleasantly greet us, show up early, go over what they looked to accomplish for the day, and had the highest level of detail throughout their work. They worked around a young toddlers nap schedule so not to disturb that corner of the house during. They also kept a very clean job site, something I was particular about because the toddler loves to explore. Overall we are very happy with the communication, quality of workmanship, and highest quality finish. We also felt the price was fair for the level of service Sunrise Custom provided. We would hire Sunrise for future projects and highly recommend them.”

“Gaxiola's painting crew was professional, efficient and extremely easy to work with on our entire interior house painting project. They cleaned up each area immediately after it was painted. They answered my many questions and helped us make decisions about paint colors for our walls and cabinets. We have used them for two exterior painting projects and now an interior project. We are happy to recommend Gaxiola's to anyone who would like a quality stress-free painting project completed in their home.”

“I hired MAE after reviewing other people's experiences online and praying God. Although I am living in California, my Son who is living in Oregon checked the project's processing. My Son liked everything and I also was happy to hear it from my Son. Everything went so well except two issues, but MAE replied so swiftly and solved it so well. I will hire MAE again if my house in Oregon needs to be fixed for another matters. I am very happy with MAE in its reasonable estimate, professional job, and its responsibility and willingness with after service. I recommend MAE if you are looking for construction company.”
