The owner and members of the team are careful and detailed in their work, with close attention to the proper sanding and prep work that is essential for a job truly well done and professional. Chris is dependable and responds back quickly when there are planning or executing questions. He will go out of his way to make things happen and in this business that is appreciated. They are able to advise when needed with particular thoughts on techniques or paint finishes, and as an interior designer that knowledge has been tremendously useful. Top notch company and fun guys.”

“I have had the privilege of working with Bates Painting Company on a number of projects, both personal and in my workplace. The owners, Doug & Donna Bates, are an amazing team! They work hard to make sure the finished project is done well, on time and on budget. I have used their team of professionals in my home on three separate projects and have been delighted with the results. When I used Bates Painting for my offices at KU Medical Center, their people worked quickly and quietly to accommodate both our staff needs, budget and our calendar. If you have any questions and concerns both Donna & Doug are readily available to help you with any hurdle AND they have fabulous ideas as well. They have a very creative partnership and it makes a difference. All in all, consummate professionals and I would definitely use them again.”

“They did a great job. We do not hire many thing out but this we decided to pay for and it was worth the money. They painted the exterior of our home and the crew was very courteous to us and meet all of our picky needs ;) they did a great job with prep and they were detailed in the paint job. “Dallas is a superior painter indeed and we highly recommend him! We continue to hire him for our client projects whenever we can. We've also referred Dallas to numerous friends and family and every single person has been beyond thrilled with the results. We've repeatedly heard from clients and friends, "this is the best paint job we've ever seen". Not only is his artistry and craftsmanship impeccable, but he is reliable, consistent and so knowledgeable about the technical aspects of painting. He shows up on time and works hard, which is often times rare with other sub contractors. Dallas takes the time to go above and beyond in properly repairing walls and any other unforeseen issues that may arise. He has a strong attention to detail and doesn't cut corners. When all is said and done, it's impossible to find even the smallest flaw! We would recommend Dallas any day to anyone who wants a fantastic paint job!”

“Feeling our one-year-old house needed a little design help, I reached out to Brenda to spruce up our bland walls in three areas of the home. Our once boring entry way has transformed into a grand entrance. A blank wall in the great room now looks like a piece of artwork. And, the main focal point in the master bedroom now has a very fluid, calming finish that adds character to the room. The Macalusos are not only complete experts in their field, but they are so easy to work with. Their communication has been top-notch, their work ethic is awesome, and the finished products are stunning. I am extremely pleased with the entire process - from our first consultation to the end design!”
