“Paul came and wallpapered my chimney breast for me and rejuvenated the rest of the living room with a fresh coat of paint. I also had a wet patch stain on the ceiling from a leak I had previously. I had tried to coat this myself a number of times and somehow it always seemed to show through, this wasn’t a problem for Paul, he covered it so well you can’t tell it was ever there! Would highly recommend Paul for all your painting and decorating needs.. get in touch”

“We hired Paul Tinsley Decorating after seeing this page on Houzz. Paul Tinsley gave a reasonable estimate for the work — removing wallpaper and painting a hall and staircase. The condition of the hall was really poor, having not been touched since the mid-1980s. Paul contacted us a little before the date to get our colour choices and was fine about a small addition to the work (painting the front door). Nathan, the lead painter, was really great. He consulted us on all work to be done. He and his assistant Kyle worked quietly and efficiently throughout. Nathan was particularly careful to make sure that the walls were completely smooth before the first coat and also between the first and second coat. As he left on the penultimate day, he encouraged us to make a snagging list, and asked us to make a complete inspection after he finished on the last day. The work is excellent; better than I had hoped. I recommend this firm unreservedly and will certainly use them again.”
