“I hired Painting and Design to paint two rooms in my house, my realtor told me that I need to re-paint my guest bedroom and one of my bathroom before putting the home for sale. It was really hard to get a company to take my project because it was only 2 rooms and they all told me they were very busy. Painting and Design gave me a quote on the same day and because it was a small job they were able to send a smaller crew to take care of it in one day. They did all the patching necessary and they painted over the terrible touch up job I had done. They cleaned everything at the end of the day and my realtor was able to come in and take the photos to put the house for sale the same day. Their quality of work is great and everyone was very friendly. I will be calling them to come paint the new house I just bought in a couple of weeks!”

“The Manor Works management team was great as we worked through project scope and scheduling issues. They made us very comfortable with our decision to secure the services of a top-shelf firm. The foreman was exceptional, and his crew's attention to detail ensured carpentry (replaced trim) of the highest quality and an exterior paint job that made our house pop. Couldn't be happier with the end result. The investment in our home already paying for itself.”

“AP Painting was fantastic. Jorge and his crew were professional from beginning of the project until the end. I was comfortable having them in my home at all times. Jorge is an excellent communicator in person, text and email, double-checking to make sure he knew what we wanted. Can't say enough about the wall prep. Nail pops, dents and dings all meticulously fixed. The crew took great care to cover everything in plastic and minimize the dust. Jorge asked continuously, "Do you like it? Are you happy with it?" Every detail was seen to. My husband had a list of To Do's and Jorge crossed them all off. Jorge and his crew also took down a chandelier and placed a ceiling medallion, fixed a dimmer and a door. The paint looks beautiful and fresh. Recommend highly!”

“We've used Zampiello Paint for a variety of work, including interior and exterior painting, wallpaper removal, wood replacement/repair, and power washing, and have been pleased with the results every time. Most recently, we used Zampiello for wallpaper removal and painting as part of a larger renovation project. The company was very accommodating, scheduling work around other parts of the project. Their crews are punctual and exceedingly polite. We will definitely use them again.”

Not only is the Pres of the company, Mike, professional, all of his crews, from his Field Supervisors to his painters are nothing but professional. On time, fairly priced and high quality work is how I would describe Home Works! “Lemus Contracting expertly handled a very complex home renovation project following water damage. The project involved painting, drywall repair, cabinetry, replacing doors, installing a copper farmhouse sink and faucet, replacing a tile backsplash, replacing wood flooring, recarpeting the basement, and a number of other elements. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I was especially impressed with how they could take my ambitious design ideas and make the a reality within my budget. For example, the copper farmhouse sink I had selected didn't quite work with the existing cabinet doors, so Alex very cleverly crafted a solution out of the cabinets so that I wouldn't have to spend a small fortune on new ones. His solution was genius! He also very professionally handled the issues that come up in projects like this such as when the faucet arrived damaged and had to replaced by the manufacturer. I really appreciated the knowledge and expertise these guys bring to the table and also their flexibility in working with me and my crazy Pinterest-driven ideas. The quality of Lemus Contractings' work is top notch and everyone on the team was a pleasure to have working in my home. I look forward to having them back to make other improvements soon.”

“I had no idea wall finishes could be so affordable. Mr. Burke was very forthcoming with advice on what would look best and what would best fit my budget. He has many years experience and it shows. I was quoted a 3 week time line from another Faux Finisher. He did it in one. I will definitely use him in the future.”
