“Robert Lopez, President of Mr professional Painting, was recommended to my wife and I by a local contractor who has done work for us in our home and who we trust very much. We needed to paint the outside of our home. I received three bids in total and Robert's was directly in the middle. He gave us some older references, and we asked why? His response was we should only ask people whom he painted years ago, to see how the paint job lasted. An unusual approach but right. What I especially liked was his explanation of exactly what he would do to justify his price and the time it would take. Our exterior window trim was not in good shape, and he specifically concentrated on this aspect of the job. The trim came out beautifully restored. He also adhered to his timetable and worked very closely with our landscape contractor who was doing some work for us as well. I recommended Robert to a neighbor, who used him as well.”

“Had them paint my home exterior. Fast and proficient people. Rates very fair! College students schedule and manage all work and always use local contractors. Work is inspected regularly and final payment is not expected until the customer is completely satisfied. Professional and polite people. I plan to call them again soon to paint my interior. Excellent service and top quality work!”

Allyson was full of creative suggestions and was able to listen intently to the client's vision and then bring that vision to life through some elaborate, whole room murals that were breathtaking! Her attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism are exceptional. “I really appreciate everything Steve did for me. He has the eye of the tiger when it comes to spotting minor details that I would have never thought of. His crew is extremely polite, hard working, and talented. Steve came out the first time alone to check out the house. He gave me a quote. He brought out his crew to bang this all out in one day. As mentioned, he even did a couple little extra things for me that he found along the way without charging me extra. I felt I got a lot of value for the money. it's not always about the bottom dollar, but the overall value. I super highly recommend Steve as he is truly a Painter Extra Ordnaire. Thanks a Million!”
