“Money well spent! We are so glad that we found Caroline and used her services. We met with her online and in person when she viewed our ‘fixer-upper’ we’d recently bought. She was so full of energy and positive about the potential, giving us so many ideas (many of which we have used). At the time we were getting builders quotes and damp surveys and she really was a ray of positivity amongst all the negative opinions we were getting elsewhere. She was the only person to be complementary about the house, saying it had good ‘Victorian bones’ and so much potential. We were so grateful for this boost, her expertise was just what we needed-someone to walk around the house saying ‘keep’, ‘that’s original’, ‘remove that’ etc - it was so helpful-and she was very respectful of our ideas, incorporating our feedback. We try to tell everyone buying a new house what good value for money a meeting with an interior designer is-we only paid for a couple of consultations, which came to a fraction of what we’ve spent on the renovation - and yet Caroline’s advice has saved us thousands (from no need for an architect to the advice on things we could probably do ourselves). If you’re in any doubt, I’d say give it a go - it was transformative for us and worth every penny.”
