“I represent a 414 unit condominium property having a fair amount of lawn and garden area for an urban location. We interviewed several Landscapers and the Board awarded the contract to Manzer's for their skills and expertise and experience with large properties. In one year they have made a major impact on the landscape, with plans for development of the plantings over the next two years. Chappy is easy to work with and all of the office staff and workers are professional, on time and on schedule. They are very responsive and handle special requests promptly. We are so pleased the Board contracted with Manzer's to renovate a garden seating area of approximately 500 square feet. The project involved excavation of old bluestone, salvaging what could be reused, leveling, waterproofing, reinstalling stone, pavers and belgian block borders, benches, game tables, lighting, irrigation and new plantings. The major work is completed with the irrigation and plantings to be completed in the spring. We were glad Tom was the foreman on the job - he is highly knowledgeable with an old school work ethic. “AOS has been an integral part of our home landscaping, design and annual maintenance work since 2007. We have built an outstanding relationship with the entire staff of this company. About 6 years ago they designed and completed our backyard patio, landscaping and water feature. Prior to that, AOS was only responsible for annual maintenance of our lawn. It was from those first few years of lawn maintenance that we became 100% comfortable with AOS. Tim Arendt, the owner, was never pushy to do any other work for us. His crew would come on a regular basis, always courteous to me and my family, accurate billing and always willing to talk to us if we had questions. When it came time to take on a major project in our backyard, I did not hesitate to contact AOS. The design plans were excellent, pricing was very fair, and implementation was right on schedule. The work they do is outstanding! Of course, with any project, you are going to have some issues from time to time. I never, ever feel as though I can not call Tim or his crew if I have an issue with something. I always get a timely response and if necessary, Tim or one of his management team will come out and meet with us. More importantly, it is the on-going maintenance plan I have with them for my entire property. Investing in the project is one thing, but it is the annual work that matters most. The crew of AOS are excellent! They are always approachable, kind, considerate of our property, meticulous with cleanup, and genuinely very nice & honest people.
