It went so well that we hired him two years later, only this time to be in charge of our new home's renovation.
Matt grew up in Southern Marin and knows so many of the businesses we needed, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, etc. and was able to obtain very qualified and talented workers. “Neli, Stan, Todd, and others at Interactive Landscapes are fantastic. Interactive completely remodeled our front and back yards, installed a large Batu (wood) deck, a hot tub, a BBQ island with built-in plumbing and gas, artificial grass field, concrete and tiles, and beautiful landscaping/plants, automated drip and spray irrigation, and automated and manual LED lighting. They had great and tasteful ideas provided 3D, color/textured computer drawings to help us visualize the design. They suggested strategies to save money on the design. They led and personally worked on every detail. They instantly respond to questions verbally, in text, or email.
We have put a lot of work on our house and hired more than 15 contractors for a large amount of work inside and outside. Interactive Landscapes is by far the best contractor with which i have ever worked. Their prices are highly competitive and their quality is just top notch.--the best i have seen.

“Barry and the Rock Paper Scissors team of designers and builders transformed our backyard from a concrete slab into a functional, gorgeous paradise that the whole family enjoys! We wanted a space that was colorful year round, low maintenance, drought resistant, that would welcome two young children and a big dog to play play play. And of course, a space that was beautiful to look at as well. And boy, did Barry and her team deliver.
Barry walked us through the project step by step. She listened to what we wanted, translated that into design blueprints, and walked us through suggestions for plant and grass selection. The final step was for her team to come in and build the vision we'd worked with her on.
From day one, Barry made us feel totally comfortable with the project. Her knowledge base is just enormous - from materials to work with, micro-climates of the Bay Area and how to manage large projects efficiently.
We couldn't be happier with the Rock Paper Scissors Landscape Design Build team, and we couldn't be happier with our new backyard. The space Barry created for us is an absolute joy to be in and truly suits the needs for our growing family. We can't wait to work with her again!”

“Donisi Landscape Construction Company re-landscaped our front yard with 40+ plants and trees, replaced a sprinkler system with a drip irrigation system and installed paver pathways. We were very, very pleased with the work, the workers and the finished product. Mr. Donisi coordinated well with our designer so that the layout and installation went smoothly. The work crew was skilled and efficient so there were no problems, no damage and no re-work. We were particularly pleased with the installation of the pathways - pavers tightly secured, surface totally even. Three months after planting all the plants are thriving which speaks well of the soil conditioning and drip system design and installation. The project went smoothly with no delays. Technically the project was on budget per the contract. (But let me share a lesson I learned: If your project involves removal of dirt, understand the potential cost and who will bear it before signing a contract.) Overall Donisi Landscape Construction Company did do a great job and I recommend them without hesitation.”
