The 2010 project involved many moving parts, including removal of existing concrete/asphalt driveway, stormwater flooding mitigation, installation of flagstone patio, water feature, stone steps and driveway pavers, as well as plant installation. When the following spring thaw revealed water seepage issues, they returned without hesitation to reroute drainage and solve the problem. The projects have transformed our outdoor living space and bring us great joy as we spend lots of time outside with family and friends.”

“Rob and his crew did an excellent job revitalizing our backyard with new sod after a large tree fell in a recent storm and caused extensive damage in our backyard. Rob met with me personally to review what we wanted and turned around a quick estimate that he was able to work with me on based on our budget. Rob's Project Manager, Mike, did a great job of getting all the work done in a day while being sensitive to my wife at home on maternity leave with an infant. Rob talked to me after the sod install was complete to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction and give me sod care and watering instructions. I can say that Lenhoff's Landscaping did a better job that we could have anticipated, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards to make it seem like they were never there and we've had a beautiful lawn all along! “We contacted Pinehurst Landscaping Company about six months ago because we wanted to renovate previous landscaping that had been done after our home was built. Despite hiring a professional landscaping company, the trees and bushes that they planted were either too large or too small for the area. Instead of accentuating our new home, the landscaping interfered with the architecture of the house resulting in diminished curb appeal. You can imagine that it was with some trepidation when looking for another landscaping company. However, we had read prior positive reviews about Pinehurst Landscaping and decided to give them a try. We scheduled a time that Ted would come and assess our landscaping. Ted sat down with us after surveying our plantings and pointed out the errors in the trees and other plantings that were chosen. After careful deliberation, Ted came up with a plan that fit our landscaping area. He chose plants and trees based on color, size, texture, and fragrance. Even if we didn’t care for a particular choice he had a backup suggestion. After we finalized our plan, we met him at the nursery where we were able to pick out our trees and shrubs. However, the true test was the end result. Ted and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame he had cited. We were thrilled with the end result. We received many compliments from our neighbors and guests and recommended Pinehurst without hesitation. The cost was reasonable and the quality of work was superb. “We worked with Aaron Raines with Live Green Landscapes to build a 50' long dry stack bluestone wall with evergreen plantings to screen our house from our neighbor's driveway. After receiving multiple bids, Live Green was not the lowest (never go with the low bid) but was middle of the road. They did a phenomenal job with the construction as well as sending updated construction photos as they were completing the work while we were on vacation. The plantings they provided have flourished and we have received numerous compliments on the quality and appearance of the overall product.
