“Nick transformed my small back yard from concrete, pebbles and a few scrappy plants to a lovely timber deck with stone steppers, new garden beds with irrigation and lighting. As a second stage he put up a pergola with bamboo screen on top and a low fence to protect the garden from my puppy. It's now a lovely welcoming space and the house is cooler because the pergola has provided shade. Everything was well designed and constructed. Highly recommended.”

“Renovation and building works completed with the highest quality and professionalism. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable staff that work within quoted works and timelines (which is rare in the building industry!). Could not recommend Modern Outdoor Living high enough. It seems there isn't a job they can't do and they do it extremely well with honesty and integrity.”
