“I hired Nature Designs about 6 months ago to get my landscaping in order. My previous gardeners weren't the best at keeping things as nice as I'd like (although I'll admit they were very inexpensive). I am very pleased with Nature Designs. Very professional, personable, they listen, understand and follow-through with requests and are very pro-active. Ernie was great at getting things started and Teri is a dream to work! The crew is professional and pro-active. Would highly recommend. They aren't the cheapest, but worth the extra $$.”

“Van Slyke Landscape just completed a re-landscaping of our entire yard, front to back. We could not be more pleased with the job and cannot recommend them highly enough. Every facet of the job was very well executed, with much attention to detail, and the result is truly stunning. For us the process was iterative as we worked thru various ideas about the best approach for our particular site. Van Slyke was very patient and helpful, and it was truly a collaborative process to get to the ultimate design for our yard. All of the workers who were part of our job were professional, personable and hard working - it was obvious that they cared about our job and took a great deal of pride in their work. The site was cleaned up at the end of every day which really helped to make things as nice as possible as we went thru the transformation. The people on the admin side of things were also top notch - the scope of work was clearly outlined in the original bid and in change orders as we went along. Van Slyke worked hard to get us the finished product that we wanted at a price that was within our means. Van Slyke would be an excellent hire for any landscaping project - big or small. Their expertise and execution are truly top of the line. I was actually a little sad to see the end of our work approaching as it was such a positive experience working with them!”

“I really enjoyed working with Evo Turf & Pavers. I really enjoy the entire process from beginning to end. I first met Weston/Wes to talk about what they offer and steps of putting in astro turf. I then met Vicente who was the lead guy working on my side year. Vicente was very kind and knowledgeable. His crew respected him and listened to his directions. They were super quick and knew exactly what they were doing. I also enjoyed working with the finance person that Evo offered so I could get 0% interest and 0 payments for 1 year on my project. Also to add, Evo Turf was priced well in comparison to 4 quotes I got. The weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. The most expensive was asking for $18,000 for the same project. LOL. I am glad I chose Evo Turf, they really came in and did an amazing job and I am excited that I have a useable space now to hang out and do yoga. Now to figure out how to get my dogs and cats not to poop on the turf. HAHA.”

“As the Landscape Committee Chair for a small Mission Valley HOA, I reached out to Dave Suda Landscaping several years ago to provide monthly maintenace and irrigation services. After working with four different firms, I had grown skeptical of the whole industry. They all talked a good story at the beginning but after a year or two, the quality of work and oversight diminished. The thing I liked most about Dave Suda Landscape is Dave Suda. He's a real person who takes responsibility for his company's work. If you've worked with larger firms you know what I mean! I was tired of dealing with a new project manager every six months. With Dave on board, I have enjoyed a consistent and thorough work process. Dave Suda Landscape has been taking care of our community of 97 homes for over four years now. He has been responsible for over twenty-five thousand dollars worth of planting and irrigation upgrades. His proposals are detailed and competitively priced. I know I can always count on Dave to do the job right!”

“Jay Roberts and his Elite Landscape team are a great team that we would recommend for any landscaping job. We have worked with Jay for three years. Throughout our association with him, we have always been impressed by his honesty, work ethic, communications skills, and superior results. On our Escondido property, Jay's work included planting a large variety of drought tolerant plants and trees in soil that is very compacted and full of rock; installing extensive irrigation and drainage systems; building planting boxes and fences; placing large accent boulders and rocks throughout the garden; completing an extensive hardscape project that includes walkways, patios, and light posts; and installing many other features. All of this work was completed in superb fashion with terrific attention to every detail. After completing all of this work, Jay has stayed in contact with us to assist us with maintenance, changes, and a few improvements. We could not be happier or more satisfied with the work of Jay Roberts and his outstanding Elite Landscape team.”

“We have worked with Mark Sterk and Columbine Landscape for several years, and they have completed many landscape and hardscape projects for us -- ranging from planting and plant maintenance, to trees, to the construction of patios, a grill area, an outdoor fireplace, and a large dog run. We have always been really happy with the results. Their work is of very high quality. They stand behind their work and will charge for repairs only where appropriate (e.g. damage caused by our dogs). Mark himself is a skilled designer and supervisor and an honest and fair businessperson. His employees (Emilio is who we deal with most often) and subcontractors are all helpful, diligent and skilled. Everything that looks good in our front and rear yards is due to them. Outdoor projects can be expensive, and it is nice to have someone you can trust. Highest recommendation.”

“I have had Le Perv landscaping service for 4 years now and have been incredibly happy. They are always timely and provide exceptional value for the cost. Over the years they have kept my yard looking great. Our curb appeal couldn’t be nicer. On a total side note, one time these guys even filled up my dogs water bowl on a hot day. Outstanding service.”

We took on a significant makeover including patios, walls, fire elements, tons of planters, steel edging and even a steel and wood fence with vehicle and body gates. Jesse and his team transformed our yard into an oasis that we are very proud of. We met over weeks to create a complete plan and they executed the plan perfectly.”
