“Fantastic experience with this landscape design and construction company! Our particular designer (Pam Cosce) was knowledgeable and professional in all meetings and we couldnt be happier with the results! No issues with deadlines--everyone that worked our site was extremely nice, professional and timely. Entire process from design to excavation to completion for our $100,000+ project was less than 9 months (design changes/plans and the city approvals took the longest time--probably 5-6 months.)
Overall--very happy and highly recommend!”

An essential part of that abiding delight derives from Omar's remarkable, and to us surprising and unexpected, artistic vision about the job,. The result owes relatively little to our input, and what we have, what we enjoy, we overwhelming owe to his very creative artistic understanding and sensibility. Importantly, however, when we did disagree with him he discussed the issues with us in a good-spirited and respectful manner and, when we resolved on a clear decision, acceded to that in good will. “Luis and his team are top notch professionals who focus on quality. I have had the good fortune to work with him on several projects to improve my home and backyard in San Francisco. The first was a fairly complicated deck rebuild followed by my request to build a series of planters from an architect's drawings. They did such a great job on those I asked them to replace all my exterior siding and even add a window which looks marvelous. I can't recommend Form and Function Landscapes enough. My experience with Luis is he has always been fair and honest. I know I can trust him and his team of landscapers, carpenters, plumbers and electricians to do a good job.”

“Peter and his crew did a fantastic job renovating my front and back yards, tearing out old shrubs and trees and lawns, installing drip irrigation and a new controller, laying a new patio, adding flagstone walkways and planting new plants and trees as per the landscape design his wife created for me. He was easy to work with and very flexible as I changed my mind about how much to do and what to delay. Both front and back yard look wonderful. After things were planted, Peter stopped by multiple times to check on the plants and adjust the watering as needed. I have a few pieces that I did not do right away due to budgetary constraints and I will definitely be calling him back to do the additional work.”

“We were privileged to work with Chris and his wonderful crew as they transformed our desolate backyard (complete with a former lawn area filled with surface tree roots, a cracked and stained cement patio, very large established trees and little sunlight) into a woodland paradise on time and on budget. From planning to final installation, Chris listened and always let us know that he wanted us to be happy with the results. It was wonderful to work with someone who was visible, reachable and communicated with us daily. He has a can do attitude, brings his experience and insight into every stage of the project and is happy to provide guidance when asked but respects the wishes of his clients. The employees who worked on the project arrived promptly each morning and cleaned up the work site and the front yard at the end of each day. The men were a joy to have here; their workmanship was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make the end result something we'd always love. We highly recommend Quality Gardening and Landscaping and cannot thank them enough for our beautiful backyard.”
