“We worked with Garden Gate on two major yard renovation projects, in summer 2008 and fall 2010. From concept to completion, the entire team and experience, led by designer Cathy Carr, was first rate. I would describe us as "involved" clients and our input and feedback was welcomed throughout--including thoughtful understanding of parts of the project we wished to plant ourselves. The 2010 project involved many moving parts, including removal of existing concrete/asphalt driveway, stormwater flooding mitigation, installation of flagstone patio, water feature, stone steps and driveway pavers, as well as plant installation. When the following spring thaw revealed water seepage issues, they returned without hesitation to reroute drainage and solve the problem. The projects have transformed our outdoor living space and bring us great joy as we spend lots of time outside with family and friends.”

“I love the work done by Honeysucle Nursery & Design. I had them building a two level patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The lower level of the patio was around the pool that was being built by someone else. The pool contractor turned out being a disappointment and was let go. Honeysuckle Nursery & Design jumped right in and built the pool that exceeded my expectations. They made certain that I received all of the finishes that I wanted even if it meant driving me around for half a day until I was satisfied. The worker were all very kind and thoughtful, even suggesting an extra step into the pool to make it easier for the dog to exit! I would definitely recommend them if you want the perfect job done within your perfect budget.”

“I attended the Timonium Home and Garden Show and was not looking for a landscaper, but came across AMJ's display and sat to relax and fell in love with what they had done. Aaron came over and was explaining how they work and we starting talking about possibilities for my yard. I came back the following day and worked with John to show him pictures of my property. within a week after the show he had 3 proposed drawings for my yard. Within 30 days my yard was transformed into my tiny little paradise in Dundalk. I absolutely love the work they did. They were professional and true to their word. Their team was fantastic and was respectful to my neighbors and cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small. You will not be disappointed with the work from AMJ and will think of them every time you enjoy a relaxing evening outside looking at the finished project. Thank you John and Aaron for saving my yard and making it our new piece of heaven.”

I opened my business, Annapolis Wedding Chapel 8 years. the grounds were barren - and there was one dead plant at the corner of the building. They installed a large patio for weddings, grasses, plants, mulch, stone work, weeding and so much more. Cutting grass every week and keeping the property picture perfect! “Jeff and his team built our absolutely beautiful large two level patio with sitting walls and all the extras. We decided at the last minute to expand the patio and Jeff (owner) was happy to accommodate and do the work at a very reasonable price. We have since moved and will definitely use Scapes, Inc in the near future to build our new patio. Actually, the buyer of our former home said it was the patio that sealed the deal of buying our house over many other houses he had visited. When my husband and I talk about GREAT work and customer service we ALWAYS mention Scapes, Inc. Jeff and his team are excellent.”

“We just had a 2 tier patio w/ fire pit and deck installed. We are very happy with the job they did and have already recommended them to many neighbors. From start to finish everyone who worked on the job was very professional and knowledgeable. I was also impressed the owner himself came out to meet us and discuss our design options. The project took roughly 2 weeks and it is absolutely spectacular. 5 stars for sure! :)”

“Not nearly enough space to write a well deserved review. I'll try, in as few words as possible to describe my association with the company and their leaders. Integrity....trustworthy, upfront and honest brokers. The construction manager visited the site, took his time, sat at the kitchen table and recommended tips and ideas for major lawn and landscape services. I received an estimate in the mail within 3 days. I obtained 3 additional estimates from local companies. Scenic's pricing is fair and reasonable and within budget. The estimate included many items the others did not. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with this company and I have recommended them to all of my friends at church.”
