“In progress with our siding replacement project from vinyl to Hardie as well as replacement of wood trims and new front door.
Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands.
Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?!
I’m beyond grateful for hiring silver line for our project; sales is one part but installation is also important. Laddi and his crew made this project successful.

Lastly, our front door; it looks amazing! Marc gave good advice on picking this door and it looks absolutely beautiful. The installer, Collin, did a fantastic job!”

“We obtained a number of quotes on Vinyltek windows from a few installers, but Kris at LongLife was the best to deal with, most informative, and quite obviously a professional. Their quote was very competitive and their installation high-quality. They were quick to respond to the many queries we had an worked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Bernard and his installation crew were proficient, efficient, and a pleasure to have around (very nice guys). They did an immaculate clean-up and finished our job (13 windows and 1 french patio door) in 2 days. The new windows are beautiful and so much warmer than our leaky vinyl windows we replaced. The only hang-up was a delay on the patio door at Vinyltek, so that the installation crew had to return on a different day to install our door - not a big problem. A few minor issues after installation (defects) will be dealt with by the service department with no issues. The lifetime warranty, quality installation, and friendly, honest service made our experience with LongLife a great one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.”

“I heard about Modern Classic through a friend. An estimate was promptly provided for cabinets, mirrors, stone counter top and lights in a shelving unit for a bathroom renovation. Once I decided to proceed with the order, Mike (Manager) was always available to answer questions. He came to the house on a few occasions to offer additional suggestions and to ensure the measurements were correct. He also liaised with my general contractor who was completing other aspects of my renovation. Ryan (lead cabinet maker and installer) and his associate were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All the work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the quality of the end result. I would definitely recommend Modern Classic Building Solutions to others.”

“Steve has worked with our family on a number of projects for three different homes over the past 15 years. Windows and skylights for the first two jobs then, five years ago, Steve brought his significant carpentry skills into play for a whole house renovation as our project manager. We worked together to keep the costs down and Steve managed our 'may as well' additions along the way and brought in reliable trades when needed.
It wasn't my first renovation but it was the largest project I'd ever tackled and included some structural reconfiguring. His professionism, skills and reliability made the whole experience an enjoyable one. His wicked sense of humour didn't hurt either.
I will be hiring him again soon to finally replace our front doors and the last of the windows that weren't included in the renovation.
I would highly recommend Steve Nicholson for all your window, door and project needs.”
