They came promptly after I called, had great suggestions to solve a problem I had with mismatched and missing hardware dating back to the 1920's, including supplying some parts they had in stock that required processing to match color, and carefully completed installation as well as other improvements to my windows.”

“Window Solutions was fantastic from start to finish. They completed a $25,000 installation of replacement windows in our house and were about the best contractors we have ever had. Communication and client relations were clear and timely, the price was excellent as was the warrantee, their advice led to an incredible outcome using Andersen Woodwright windows. “Can’t say enough good things about Kindred Installs and owner, Wayne weidenbenner. I always have pre job anxiety when I hire a contractor since you just never know. Once they were in my home for a few hours and I saw how things were set up all my anxiety vanished. The job flowed smoothly right to the end with no unexpected interruptions. During both the estimate and the window replacement Kindred Installs was personable, prompt, considerate, well organized, detail oriented and highly skilled. I asked Wayne to do some extra carpentry and aluminum work on the outside of my house and he was very accomodating. They also cleaned up everything nicely before leaving ! Wayne is a ‘rare gem’ of a ‘professional’ contractor. Look no further than Kindred Installs !”

Their attention to details, teams of courteous carpenters, masons, roofers, etc., and hands-on project management will continue to make Frank's our only choice for home improvement projects. Not only did we always feel that Frank's was doing what was in our, the homeowner's, best interest, they never lost sight of the fact that this wasn't just a construction project, they were building someone's home. I can not recommend them highly enough.”

“Our 5-unit condo building needed to replace 1985 windows and doors. We interviewed numerous companies, none felt right, until we met the owner of Themo-Seal. His presentation was non-pareil, his knowledge of the industry impressive, his negotiations respectful, transparent and patient, his pricing fair. We got what was promised: excellent windows that reduce noise and save energy; big glass sliding doors that handle easily and look great; siding that improved not only our building but the neighborhood. Their recommendation to add partial stone to the face of the building was excellent and proved very attractive. The crew was exceptionally well trained and worked at breakneck speed on very modern scaffolding. The crew cleaned the property every single day and lent a hand with items outside their job description. All condo owners were very pleased and would highly recommend Thermo-Seal! to anyone seeking great workmanship at a very good price.”
