Jeffery with All Season was the only one to spot and inform me a very serious dry rot issue. We a wall of windows facing the backyard and the framing around them was involved. I was thankful that he informed me and then helped me find a contractor to come in and fix it first. All Season was very accommodating when it came to working with the contractor. I love my windows and will without a doubt have All Season back to replace the other window in the house.”

“Great company and product. Chris from Brightside was excellent to work with. He was very thorough and provided all the needed information about the windows, install, and aftercare/warranty. The initial consultation time was short and to the point. There was no pressure from him during the consultation and just wanted to make sure he was able to provide the information and answer the questions we had. Turn around time was quicker than expected to get the windows manufactured. The installers were very courteous with the kids in online home school and a dog that's nervous around strangers. The installers did a great job installing the windows, explaining any issues they ran into. The windows are such an upgrade and really is amazing how much more light comes through them. Now we are budgeting to get the rest of the windows replaced and will for sure have Brightside Home Solutions replace them.”

“East Portland Sash & Carpentry got great online reviews, so we called for a free estimate for repairs on some of the wonderful, original windows in our 1907 Craftsman home. Stephen did a full-house assessment of all of our windows, taking detailed notes and sharing his deep knowledge of period architecture and engineering. We then got a detailed estimate from the company, using an online portal that made it extremely easy to choose the scope of the project, and to pay our deposit. Stephen contacted me in a timely manner to schedule the work, and the work itself was completed quickly and with AMAZING quality. Though we technically should do "touch-up painting" now, we hardly feel the need, since the team so skillfully handled the wood trim that you can hardly tell it had been touched. Our windows now work much better, and we will be hiring these guys again when we are ready to do the next phase of our window work. If you are looking for cheapy-cheap, you will want to go elsewhere; but for high-quality artisan work at a fair price, this is a great company to go to. They really know their stuff.”

““On our 1865 Victorian home, in Forest Grove, Oregon, Stephen and his team were able to make all our original double-hung windows functional with new cam locks for holding the lower sashes in place when open and lifts, after working through years of being painted shut. They also were able to replace several broken period bubble glass panes,in kind, to meet historic district standards. Stephen and his co-workers were always on time, completed work when they said they would and met the exact cost levels that we had discussed at the beginning of the project. Options were always given for each phase of the project, even when unknown factors, such as a large broken pane, due to another work teams error, arose and still had to fit our very tight timeline. Their professional workmanship made it very easy for others to work around them, when necessary, and provided a clean, functional finished product that will enhance the house for years and years to come.
