“We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“We had a kitchen greenhouse window that was in bad condition. We looked into replacing the entire window and had quotes in excess of $3,500 which did not include some tile work that would need to be addressed by a second contractor. We contacted R&S Glazing Specialties to have the glass replaced rather than replacement of the entire window. R&S completed the entire project in 3 weeks (would have had to wait 14-16 weeks to obtain a new window) at a fraction of the cost. The services of R&S were A-1 from the initial contact with the office through estimating to completion of the project. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns and timely in completing the work. If you need glass replacement (or other services R&S provides), I would no hesitation in using them.”

“Very good product and great installation! These double-pane windows have held up beautifully. The only thing that has broken down is the small wheels the windows slide on. However, those windows are very large and the strain on those wheels has been great. A replacement of the wheels and we are in business again.”

“I first became acquainted with Jeff some 25 years ago back in the day when he used to be with Marin Skylight Sales. As a successful builder in Marin County for over 32 years I have had the opportunity to work with a multitude of window and door sales professionals; none of whom are equal to Jeff. His knowledge of the products he sells as well as the quality of said products is essentially a cut above the industry as a whole. This is a huge benefit to those of us in the trade industry, as we can rely on his knowledge to help us choose the right product for our client’s needs. Their new showroom in San Rafael is incredibly beneficial, not only is it aesthetically pleasing it also allows clients to see their products on a firsthand basis. I cannot recommend Jeff Wilcox and Glass Concepts enough.”

“RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”
