“I was delighted with the windows, the "above and beyond" service and the helpful advice that Grant gave us from beginning of the process, of searching for the ideal windows at the ideal price-point, to the installation process, and through to the follow-up service and advice. He fastened and properly insulated the panes (the old ones were not), and he even came over a few months later to clean a window that we were having trouble cleaning. With windows, you get what you pay for. I believe we got more than we paid for.”

“We have been happy to work with Innotech over the past 5 years. As a performance homebuilder we are looking for products that are architecturally pleasing and backed up by performance. With their co-extruded line we can offer a dark window detail and not be concerned about flaking or de-lamination. “In progress with our siding replacement project from vinyl to Hardie as well as replacement of wood trims and new front door. Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands. Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?! I’m beyond grateful for hiring silver line for our project; sales is one part but installation is also important. Laddi and his crew made this project successful. Siding installation team, Laddi and his crew is amazing. Pays attention to every single little detail, plus they are polite and respectful! Lastly, our front door; it looks amazing! Marc gave good advice on picking this door and it looks absolutely beautiful. The installer, Collin, did a fantastic job!”
