I had 27 windows replaced and the crew finished the work in two days. A great crew did the work, professional, courteous and detail orientated. Their work was superlative. We didn't have to freeze either, two windows at a time were done, in the same part of the house so we didn't have multiple points of cold entering the house. The time thw window frame was completely empty was minimized.
To summarize, the salesman was spot on, the estimate was kept with no problem, the install crew did it right and then some, and Window Nation followed up the job.
I would recommend them to one and all, jobs big and small.

“From the sales rep to the installers, Window Universe was very professional. The sales rep was knowledgeable, detailed and very easy-going. I appreciated that he did not present with a pushy sales-pitch. The process thereafter played out exactly how the sales rep said it would. I received a call for a rep to come out and measure, then my windows were ordered, upon receipt, I was called to set up an install appointment. The installers worked on time, worked very hard and completed a very large job in just one day. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Windows Universe.”
