Throughout the project we were impressed with the way Patrice communicated with us and facilitated access to the site. Patrice has a calm and agreeable manner. He has excellent communication skills and developed good relationships with both our Architect and neighbours. At each stage of the project we were kept informed of the work completed, and given timely notice of any decisions that needed to be made in relation to upcoming work.
