“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“We could not be happier with the results of our project! The new entry and storm doors were much needed and have provided a beautiful face-lift to our house. From beginning to end, the service, communication and installation were top notch. We have tackled several large projects as our home was built in the 1950s and can honestly say that we have never had someone so concerned with limiting the mess as Gary (our installer). It is easy to see that Gary takes great pride in his work and he took the time to show us a couple features on our French doors. This must be a great company to work, as Vic (our salesman) was very passionate and enthusiastic about making sure we were happy! We have told Vic that when we are ready to replace our front window, he will be the only person we call.”

“We are moving to the area & renovating a house remotely. I can’t say enough about this company, too to bottom! From the get go, Doug was responsive, honest, & reliable. He went above & beyond to ensure we were happy. I felt 100% confident with his abilities even though I was off-site & couldn’t be there. If there was something that he felt needed my attention, he would suggest a video walk through so I could see exactly what was happening in real time. Besides being competent & trustworthy, Doug & his crew are just solidly good people who I would work with again in a heartbeat!”

“I found Zen Windows through my Father in Laws Accountant. My Inlaws were looking for new windows so I callded them up and the Owner Dan showed up ON TIME and measured the windows and gave my Inlaws 3 options of windows to buy and sat with them and explained everything in detail to them. The price was very good and his installer Tim came back out and took a final measurement and ordered windows and called to set up appointment with them and showed up ON TIME and installed and cleaned up after the job was complete. They were so happy with the way they were treated they are having a Patio Door replaced this August. Also I had them come out and install a New Patio Door in my house and all I can say is if you need any work done Call Dan at ZEN WINDOWS a top rated company. Dale R Armbruster Parma,Ohio”
