“After shopping around for several weeks, we decided that the Bifold Door Factory offered the best service, product and price. We had a new back door, bifold door, bifold window and several windows installed. They all look fantastic and the build quality was exceptional. They were able to accommodate the delays we had with our builders without impacting on finish date. Everyone from sales to fitting were professional and courteous. Happy to have the months of research pay off!”

“We are architects who work with Glazing Vision a lot, they give us very attentive technical advise and follow up with quote and installation assistance too. The products they sell that we have specified are simple, neat and well made in our opinion. They give a great view of the sky while looking very crisp on the interior. We have had several technical CPD sessions with their team which were helpful. Their rooflights must be simple to install as we haven't to date had any negative feedback from the trades installing them which is a good sign! We continue to work closely with them.”

“Contacted Swan Windows, as a local supplier, to quote for a complete replacement of aged windows along with patio & kitchen external doors. Rob Swan was timely in getting back to me to arrange a visit to advise on options (I would recommend the 'Slim Sash' solution Swan has) and measure up for a quote. I was pleased that Rob's visit was practical, informative and devoid of any sales tactics. Having made the decision to order with Swan I was pleasantly surprised that they scheduled me in quickly and conveniently. The fitting team were punctual and polite and the installation was completed within the estimated timescales. The windows themselves look great, the rending and general 'making good' by the fitters was more than acceptable.”
